GoMining Gift is operated by GoMining (Czech) s.r.o. Your purchase is governed by these Terms of Use together with GoMining’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to the GoMining platform and are incorporated herein by reference:

In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and GoMining’s general Terms of Service with respect to a Gift Card purchase transaction, these Terms of Use prevail. For all matters relating to the GoMining platform, Digital Miners, and post-redemption use, GoMining’s general Terms of Service apply exclusively.
1. Data Controller
The controller of personal data collected through GoMining Gift is GoMining (Czech) s.r.o., (“GoMining”, “we”, “us”).

2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected from Buyers who purchase Gift Cards through GoMining Gift. It does not cover data collected from Recipients when they redeem a Gift Card or create a GoMining account — that data is governed by GoMining’s full Privacy Policy at gomining.com/privacy.
Purchasing a Gift Card does not create a GoMining platform account for the Buyer.
3. Data We Collect
When you make a purchase through GoMining Gift, we collect the following categories of personal data:
Contact details: first name, last name, email address.
Billing information: billing address, country of residence.
Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Order information: Gift Card denomination, order reference, purchase date, Activation Link reference, expiry date.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and cookie identifiers (see Section 8 on Cookies).
4. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

5. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances:
Payment processors: to process your payment securely. They act as independent controllers or processors under their own terms.
Email service providers: to deliver your Activation Link and transactional communications.
GoMining platform (operational data only): we share limited non-personal operational data with the GoMining platform for order settlement purposes, such as Gift Card identifier, denomination, sale date, and refund status. We do not transfer your personal data (name, email, payment details) to the GoMining platform without your separate consent.
Legal and regulatory authorities: where required by law, court order, or regulatory obligation.
Business successors: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may transfer to a successor entity subject to equivalent protections.
6. International Data Transfers
If any of our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where required by GDPR Chapter V.

Under the GDPR and applicable data protection law you have the following rights:
Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Right to erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

GoMining Gift uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (shopping cart, session management) are set automatically. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only with your consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

10. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for legal and tax compliance purposes. You may request earlier deletion of data where no legal retention obligation applies.
11. Children
GoMining Gift is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact support@gomining.com and we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We will notify you of material changes through the cookie banner or by email where appropriate.
